Food Republic was founded on the concept of serving well-loved street food housed in the air-conditioned comfort of shopping malls. Since the opening of its first flagship outlet in Singapore at Wisma Atria in 2005, the brand has revolutionised the food court scene in Singapore by being the first to introduce quintessential thematic dining experiences, bringing together the best of hawker and restaurant fare under a single roof.
